Parmigiano Reggiano is a DOP hard cheese produced with raw cow’s milk, partially skimmed by surfacing without the addition of any additives. The production area includes; the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna to the left of the Rhine river and Mantua south of the Po.
The Parmigiano Reggiano DOP proposed in slices with all its unmistakable flavors prepared in a protective atmosphere in the “freshness-saving packages”.
