Pasta di Gragnano is a food product obtained from the mixture of durum wheat semolina with water from the local aquifer and produced throughout the territory of municipality of Gragnano
It belongs to the Paccheri family and takes its name from the squid, because it resembles the shape. Calamarata is a specialty of Pasta di Gragnano PGI with a recognizable consistency and taste. Thanks to the bronze drawing and the high quality of gluten, it keeps cooking and appears on the plate with a lively and inviting appearance.
